Marsha Ramroop of Unheard Voice Consultancy, is a leading expert in Cultural Intelligence and inclusive culture change, working at the intersection of leadership, behaviour and organisational systems.

A former broadcaster of 30 years and the inaugural Director of Inclusion and Diversity at the Royal Institute of British Architects, she now advises organisations on how to embed equity, diversity, and inclusion as strategy, through practical behavioural and systems frameworks. She is the author of the award-winning Building Inclusion, a guide to creating inclusive cultures in architecture and construction.

Marsha’s work, across the built environment and outside the sector, moves beyond policy and rhetoric, equipping leaders with the skills to translate inclusion into measurable organisational and societal impact.
