Daphne Doody-Green
Chief Executive, Bathroom Manufacturers AssociationDaphne brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in strategy, people, and change management. An expert judge, she has served on numerous cross-sector industry panels at regional, national, and international levels, with a particular focus on leadership, change, HR, and, more recently, the bathroom industry.
Before joining the Bathroom Association, Daphne held several leadership roles at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a global professional body. During her tenure, she led UK and International Market Development and senior stakeholder engagement, delivering large-scale change programmes designed to attract and retain a global membership base. Throughout her career, she has built a proven track record of shaping membership strategies, leading high-performing teams, and developing influential partnerships across government, industry, and academia.
As CEO, Daphne is focused on amplifying the members’ voice and strategically expanding the Association’s reach to build a stronger, more influential community for the industry. Her current priorities include navigating regulatory shifts, advancing sustainability initiatives, and providing the industry with the data-driven insights and professional connections needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
A certified coach, mentor, and former Board member of prominent employment charters in Northern England, Daphne remains deeply committed to raising standards of fairness, quality, and inclusion across the wider business landscape.
