Rachel Fryers

Rachel has been involved in construction for almost 30 years. Before taking her position in the family firm, she spent almost 20 years as a landscape architect, planner and certified arborist, gaining a breadth of experience within large multidisciplinary infrastructure and construction teams; planning, designing, specifying and delivering a wide range of projects from new towns to schools, hospitals and prisons.

She has practical experience of the construction process from development planning through to materials selling. Since her return, she has overseen the expansion of the award-winning family business.

She is a champion of workplace training, education and personnel development. As a managing director of one of the smaller independent merchants, she is well placed to embrace and implement positive change within the supply chain. Rachel is enormously passionate about our industry and its people.
