From Wilson Brook Founder & MD Neil Holloway: I founded Wilson Brook in December 2018, having started in recruitment back in 2000. Why? Because I had a vision as to how executive search and professional recruitment should be done.

Realising, unlike much of the recruitment industry, that the responsibility of helping people's careers (and by extension their families) along with ensuring companies could recruit the absolute best people, should be done in the most thorough, professional, honest & fair way possible.

Not a dash for cash, mud on the wall, cutting corners, KPI focused, uncaring approach that others seemed fixated on. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers, both companies and individuals alike. I believe that our process is unbeatable whilst our commercial proposition is unique.

Wilson Brook recruit across most functions within these sectors, encompassing appointments from operating & main board to functional directors and senior management (down to salaries of c£70k), working with SME's to PLC's, including businesses with venture capital & private equity backing.

We recruit across most functional areas including: MD/CEO, Divisional MD/Director, Commercial, Operational, Technical, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance & HR. We also have experience of dealing with Chair and Non-Executive Directors.
